The AC was kept on so it was not due to fogginess the speed of the wipers was low versus the downpour. I went to Toyota of Clermont, up on arrival I was approached by a sales rep named Adam who was very professional and polite and listened. After veiwing a few vehicle choices went inside to discuss further. I was passed off to a rep named Estevan, to discuss finances. Estavan was rude and unprofessional his deminor changed my visit from a 10 to a 1. He didn't listen he was bias and rude. His attitude was as if I was wasting his time. The sales staff were helpful and professional. Malcolm assisted us with a friendly and factual demeanor. We purchased a new Corolla at a great price and enjoy it very much. Have been with Toyota for 10 years with no problems. Frances did a super job with the documentation, paperwork and customer sendoff. Frances was great at her tasks. Overall an enjoyable sales experience which can not be said about most dealers. Thanks.
