I called the store Today after Receiving a marketing letter offering to purchase my least 2016 Toyota 4Runner. When I asked to speak to a sales manager they said he was busy but would transfer me to a specialist. A Very rude gentleman answered the phone he would not give me his name And continue to talk over me as I try to ask my questions. RecommendedI arrived at the site and Kevin asked if anyone helped us. We said no and very politely but without pressure started a nice conversation. I like that he was a salesman, very professional, attentive and not pushy. I gave him my preferences and he took me to my brand new car!👏👏👏 Jean Carlos took care of the negotiations like a pro.
