I visited several Toyota dealerships in the area and Toyota of Bowie was by far the most accommodating and friendly. I'd also like to add that Fayyaz was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, compassionate, and direct throughout the car buying experience. I love my new 4 runner and will be back to Toyota of Bowie in the future. Thank you!
My husband bought his Corolla at Toyota of Bowie, and I got mine in Owings Mills. After multiple issues up in Owings Mills, I decided to bring my car to Bowie for maintenance. When I called to make an appointment, they pulled up our record for my husband's Corolla, and asked if it was for the Corolla or the Camry. I love going there Edmond always works on my car. He knows me when I come in and it's usually about my radio or just the check-ups. So if he knows it's not about the time for my check up for the car then it's definitely about my radio. He always gets the job done as quickly as possible.
I can not say enough good things about Ken Duckworth and the Toyota Used Car Sales Department. They treat you like family there. Ricardo was outstanding. The only thing that kept this from a five star rating was the 2 hour plus wait to get to financing. I wanted to get into my new car and drive, drive, drive.

It has been one thing after another with my car and with the dealership. I used to be a loyal toyota customer. But after this last buying experience, I doubt I'll ever buy toyota again. I've had the car for less than 2 years and the headlights have condensation issues, my windshield crack out of nowhere in the parking lot, and having to take my car in MULTIPLE TIMES to get all of the parts promised to me at sale of the car put in (and every time we brought the car in for service,they break something else in the car). I have deleted my prior rating of one star. Hess Darvish, the general manager of Bowie Toyota and my salesman Kevon have gone to great measures to correct the situation that had me so upset with this dealership. One certainly cannot ask for anything more than that! I appreciate their concern over just one customer like me!
