Bob is the BEST service provider. Bob has been my service provider ever since 2007. His professionalism and kind personality make my service visits. poor service try to charge for service that is not needed. All around poor customer service in my opinion.
My last and final oil change on the east coast took 3 hrs (with an apt). What ticked me off more than anything? Filling my windshield wiper fluid with something that freezes below 30 F even though discussing in detail an up coming cross country trip. ITS WINTER!! Let's say this again... iTS WINTER the DMV area drops below 30 ALL OF THE TIME. We are pulling a 6K trailer and lost visual twice due to road brine while traveling through NC. Over two hours wait with appointment for a freaking oil change! Service person horrible! Run do not walk from #toyotaofbowie Should have taken my que from nasty receptionist who made appointment.
I would never use Toyota of Bowie ever again. They charged me for my power steering hoses to be Changed and double Charged for the work. When I brought it back after I found someone to check my car because I thought it was still not running well or still had problems. They tried to tell me that I waited too long and the oil build up is normal. After we Got the manager involved they would not credit me for the inconvenience nor for the work not being done. Every single time I've had dealings with Toyota of Bowie, I end up getting screwed over. I believe they are shady and I will tell everybody I know not to use them without risking losing the minds or their money. The first time was when I was looking for a brand new car. I specifically wanted a Toyota Matrix with certain accessories/add-ons. I was told that it was impossible to get the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and that I was being unreasonable.
