They do not respect the customers time. My brakes were not working well in my truck so I brought it in to get checked. After a long 5 hr wait for a 7:45am scheduled appointment I received back brakes. 4 days later I used my emergency brake and it was not working. Today I'm here for another scheduled appointment for 8am. The manager took the vehicle at 7:30am.
