I have been going to Toyota of Bowie for the past 10 years to have my 2006 Avalon Limited Serviced. Do I need to say anything else? I have been satisfied with the service and my man Bob!!! I have gotten excellent service!!!
I bought my 2016 RAV 4 from Toyota of Bowie and it has been an awesome experience. I was actually doing some shopping when I went there but ended up buying the car. Our sales agent, Jason was wonderful. A very nice guy who didn't play games and made trading in our older Tundra for a new one a great experience. Additionally, he got us in and out in just over 3 hours, the fastest it's ever taken us to go through the car buying business :)
My husband I and I purchased a 2013 Highlander from Toyota of Bowie just about a month ago. Juan Jackson was our salesman and he was OUTSTANDING! My husband went in with our trade in , knew what he wanted, and Juan did not waste any time. He was quick and efficient and took incredible care of us! I was told the inspection would take 2 hours. In 20 minutes from now it'll have been 4 hours. Ok, customer service team did come out and apologize to everyone waiting for so long. Nice touch and good on their part. But still. Someone should learn scheduling.
The words that they last said, "Just do us the favor and come back in a few days to tell us we were right"... You see I would have done that if they were right. Today I went to Koons Toyota of Annapolis. Not only was the staff nice, but I walked out of Koons with the Same Exact Car that I tried to negotiate on in Bowie. However, I paid $2100 less for the car, and they gave me $700 more for my trade in. So I will not be going back to Bowie to tell them I was wrong. However, I will be telling everyone my experience.
