Went to have my car serviced and they lost my key. They found it in another customers car who had to drive back to the store to bring them my key. The staff there decided not to tell me this. I had to find out when I called after waiting at a nearby restaurant for an hour for my car with my 2 year old they informed me they haven't been able to service my car because they couldn't move it without a key. I had an oil change on 9/24 and this morning 10/3 while noticing an oil leak in my driveway I drove it straight to the dealership for service. At the same time, the oil drain plug backed out and I made it just in time to the service lanes. Whoever the tech was that worked on my car originally needs to be scolded and I do not trust the integrity of my engine as of this moment. Will be writing corporate in a bit.
Fayyaz was great! Sold me my first new car with no problems, first time deal! Would highly recommend his service to everyone. everyone here is so nice and to make my experience better and more memorable they offered to help in anyway to make everyone comfortable while they’re busy! definitely choosing to drive the extra distance here than any other Toyota dealership!
