By actually listening to customers! We have been contacted REPEATEDLY by TOB asking us if they could buy back our car. The answer was no the first time. The answer was no the 2nd time. The answer continued to be no, and despite them *promising* to never contact us again, I'm STILL getting these goddamn calls. I've demanded a written apology and a written promise to stop calling us and ALL I get are vague weasel words and told that my "concerns" will be forwarded to "someone". And the calls continue.
