Bought two new cars from the in mid June and still have no permanent tags for the vehicles. When I asked they informed me that it was because I was from out of state. The employees in the title Dept are not helpful and at times have been rude. Funny thing is that my last Toyota was bought in MD and I had a permanent tag within 7 days. Really disappointed!!!
