We were there for several hours and until closing on Sunday. They pulled our credit several times as we were ready to purchase a vehicle. On Monday we called early in the morning, and they sold the vehicle right upon opening their store. We should have been told that there was a party very interested in buying it so that our credit was not negatively impacted by the 5 hard inquiries that will be on our report. Not to mention the time that was wasted...
What an amazing experience! I hate buying cars, but Nick knew exactly what he was talking about, and could answer every question I had! He was very straightforward, no back-and-forth and waiting for hours either. No complaints, and plan on sending/recommending others to Bedford and to see Nick!! :)
Tom is a great salesman and didn't push me into a more expensive vehicle. He was very kind and didn't pressure me. Tom showed me how to set up everything on my new 2017 Prius. Thank you to my 2 finance guys who were very patient with me. Great dealership!!!

This has been and is my place for my car purchases since '91, I am always greeted and taken care of professionally and like family and Tony whose managing now has helped me like no other! The counter staff is personable and friendly and understanding and I recommend them always!
