Tried buying a car here about 2years ago. Ended horribly. Walked away after 2 days of negotiation because they wouldn't keep promises made. Despite this I came back for service, lets just say, just as bad.
I just bought a 2018 Sequoia and the staff and management at Toyota of Bedford were helpful and professional. My sales guy, Mark Faddoul, did everything he could to help me and got me a great deal on the truck I wanted. I did a lot of shopping and Toyota of Bedford is one great dealership! The Sales Manager, Dave K. stepped in when Mark was on his day off and he also worked hard to make the sale. Their finance guy, Mitch, actually made the paperwork process fun. Thanks everyone for a great experience!
RecommendedLove this place! Bought my last 5 cars from here. This time around, someone totaled my car and left me in a really bad situation since my car was still newer. Toyota of Bedford worked with me and treated me great and was able to get me into a new car right away. When you've been through something so awful, it is nice to have someone work so hard to make the situation right again. I can't put into words how grateful I am for TOB. I'll continue to get all my cars from here and MAKE my children do the same. :-)
Have bought 2 great cars from them in the past year. Had all my questions answered. Salesmen, finance guys, and repair guys were all extremely helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
i giv them my TOYOTA prius for diagnosis becase heater is nt working, they dnt find problem after they they says we dnt knw about heater because you book for engine management light!! my problem is stil there�
