I purchased a vehicle 10/17 and the engine went out 7/18. I also purchased a warranty from Toyota but was told by a Toyota of Bedford employee that the warranty was a joke - and he was correct because they denied the claim. Toyota offered to cover 25% of the cost to repair the vehicle that I did not own 1 year and told me they were doing me a favor. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from them or the "joke" of a warranty. RecommendedMark was great help today, and got me into my very own first lease, and it’s a great deal! Couldn’t be happier with my service and time there, and I got to go home with a beautiful car in great condition with a great warranty. My situation was a tough case and he still did everything he could to make it possible! 10/10
I'm not a Toyota customer but when I broke down today with a flat tyre and discovered we didn't have a jack to fit the spare wheel (yeah, thanks Nissan! not!), I walked to the nearby Toyota showroom and asked for help. The guys there were really professional, friendly and helpful: they not only lent me a jack but when I found that the spanner fit the locking nut but not the normal nuts, they found another spanner for me that was compatible with both. I purchased my 2017 Yaris IA in March of 2017. I initially had a horrible experience a few months earlier when I was trying to inquire about trading in my previous yaris. I was contacted by a salesman prior to bringing in my car for the airbag recall. So I gave them a second chance. Needless to say I left with the car. This dealership was great Cory Kless went over everything with us so we knew how to get into all the new features.I would go back there again and tell my friends and family too.
My salesman (new best friend) traveled to pick my car up and delivered it to the dealership the day after I decided to purchase. Oh, he did all this in his day off. He was patient and kind, worked hand in hand with the manager to make sure I was taken care of. There was minor confusion, but my salesman/best friend was able to get me a keyless entry on the house for the troubles. 10/10, would let him slap the top of my car again.
