If you visit, be sure to ask for Peter, he's been there for 19 years, and it was obvious from his friendly, professional, and courteous manner, there's a very good reason for that. Ugh I really dislike this dealership. I however, did end up getting my used car from them and I do like it a lot. Their customer service is terrible though. Just awful!
shady shady company do not every buy from this place. first off the lie to me about my loan approval send me on an over night test drive next day to find out my loan did not get approved as they said but could for $150 a month more. told them i was not going to buy the car and 2 days latter they cash my check i wrote to hold the car that i decided not to buy. now they refuse to give me back my money until they feel like it. so now i have to wait a least a week to get my money back. this place is nothing but thieves
Pushy salespeople. Bad service just a rip off. I bought a certified used car from them. Three months later I was getting it jumped because of the dead battery and they were sending me coupons for a new battery. You pay that much for a vehicle they should have put s good battery in. I go to Sunnyside fir all my repairs and service now. They treat a customer right.
I did not get a deal done, but I could not imagine a better, more professional place to buy a car. The salesman and the finance guy (and his No. 2) are top notch.
