Tienen el peor de los servicios, estoy tan decepcionando, por su indiferencia y falta de atención al cliente, fui por una garantía de una batería para mi Toyota, que al fin vine pagando más del 75% , ese no fue el problema, el problema fue que sólo tenían que hacer un recibo en el departamento de servicio y increíblemente tardaron casi dos horas, solo tenían que hacer un invoice, que falta de atención, fue una impotencia y nadie hizo nada
at first they seemed good. they were supposed to follow up regarding paint recall. nothing until I complained then I received a text message with a date and time scheduled..with out asking me..just scheduled.. I was on an airplane that day. I finally get home and notice a little oil. though did not think of it and was avoiding leaving the house. they replaced my oil canister and now I have OIL puddles.. so freaking ticked off right now. appt for next Saturday and they better fix it at no charge. will update afterwards
