Brought my 2013 Scion FR-S in for the J02 recall. I expressed concerns with the recall due to the alarming amount of problems with dealerships and this recall all over the United States. They assured me it was going to be fine, they had experience and adequate training. A week later I pick up the car and about 30 miles later I get rod knock, loss of power and engine stall. service. why schedule a person in at 4 pm if your not going to attend his car till 5:30. and I didn't appreciate the lip I received from the associate. I will forever take my service elsewhere and my car buying.

Hi! I just wanted to thank Frank Ortiz for helping my fiance and I get our 2020 camry se and 2020 corolla se. We came in to trade in my fiance's old lease and were also looking to get a new smaller car for myself. Frank really helped us out with our trade in, he was very friendly and genuine. We couldn't have asked for a much better person to help us out that day. Three weeks in and we definitely have no regrets and love, love, love our 2 new cars. Thank you very much Frank!
