I have been a customer for 11 years and today I am very upset by your service. I took my car in a my key was lost and not replaced. This is not acceptable and this matter should need a supervisor to approve. Regardless of the condition of my key, it should have been replaced. This is not the kind of mistake a customer should be forced to pay.
Worst customer service And when I complained the Manager knowing I was there at the service dept did not acknowledge me. I know covid but I was wearing a mask and could stand 6ft away Unbelievable!!

I loved Toyota of Chula Vista! I visited 4 different Toyotas in San Diego and chose them because the respect and transparency I experienced here. They strove to get me exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable using for it.
