I like going to this dealership but my experience today wants me to change my mind. I had an appointment at 10:30am and I waited for 4 hours for my regular maintenance. Didn’t even call me or anything to update me on what’s going on. I had to go to the service tech to ask him after waiting for 3 hours and all he said was “not yet”. An hour after I came back to ask him again and that was the only he went to check it. Then it was also the only time that he apologizes when it was all done. Yes at least he apologizes at the end.

Called yesterday and needed an oil change the next day due to going on a trip. I got my appointment at 9am. I was told it would be done between 10:30-11am and it was. Got their recommendations and estimates for future work. Danny had a great attitude and made the appointment a positive one.
