Professional service and friendly treatment
I really loved their customer service and how helpful they were starting from the sells women to the manager and financial people. And none the less Francesca was super nice and helpful through the entire process. Super happy with my new 2020 truck!
Their service department will do their best to accommodate your needs
I had a appointment at 12pm for a oil change/tire rotation/21 point inspection. Took almost 5 hours for that service. Whats the point of having an appointment when you wait for half of the day. I was ok when they said it will be around 2-2 1/2 hours but it took from 12pm-almost 5pm. I know it can be done faster. Whats the point of appointment when it will take that long.

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH TOYOTA!!!!! Its a shame because first of all its close to my house and i love Toyota's. But this maintenance service was the worst not only did they take 4 hours just for a recall airbag fix even though i had a 9:00 appointment i didn't leave till 2:30 but they also lost my car it had to take the maintenance department manager to come out with me and look for my car . And i had to ask them every hour because i didn't even get an update and when they finished they didn't even... read more
