Poor experience I was very disappointed in the condition of my vehicle upon return. The rear vents had been opened and not closed. Luckily I noticed before the next rain or my interior would have gotten wet. There were several items that had been removed from the glove box and were strewn around on the floor of the passenger side. Also my seat was tilted back and the lumbar was changed. Completely Satisfied Brought Sienna for recall/warranty service--replace cracked dashboard. Because the job would take 4 hours and the shuttle wouldn't work into my schedule, Ron offered me a rental car. That is what I call really taking care of your customers--not only did I get a free new dashboard, I had the use of a free rental car. Thank you Toyota!
