He always goes over and beyond to provide excellent customer service, takes the time to explain if my car is having issues and clearly communicates my options. Last week, David assisted me with some brake issues concerning my Rav4. Again, he took the time to really find out what was going on and assisted me with my vehicle. I had amazing experience for my RAV4 maintenance from Toyota of El Cajon! Louis Garofalo assisted me and was so friendly and helpful! I waited there for only 1.5 hour I usually wait 4- 5 hours also I asked him I had a problem with my filter and always smell not good he came and check it by himself and make sure very thing is good , He's the best!!!
