Set up an appointment with Oliver Bonus and test-drove 3 cars off the lot...my wife fell in love with the Toyota Corolla IM ! Oliver hooked us up with a cash back deal we weren't even aware of...now THATS "Customer Service"!! Victor was great, even though my Credit wasn't all that, but he made it happen excellent customer service, he goes out of his way to make sure his customer is totally satisfied.

Yesterday I had an appointment for my RAV4 service. At 8 am. And I had to wait 4 an a half hours just to a basic service. I was asking twice why It was taking so long and the service manager no even answers to me. I'm very dissatisfied with the service. The worst costumer service. When I sow my car pulling up to the delivery room still had all the plastic and papers and signs they issued to take off before you get your car back. ! ! I don't recommend José Villegas team.
Very helpful and friendly. Jose Franco helped me every step of th he way!
