Went in around lunchtime yesterday for a regular service on my Camry Hybrid, admittedly without an appointment. I fully expected to wait longer for the service to be done and I didn't have a problem with that, but..... I did not think it was necessary to keep me waiting so long in my car to be checked in. There was only one car ahead of me and after it was checked in I sat out there an additional 15- 20 minutes while there were counter people inside. Don't even make excuses.
