Louis Garofalo was wonderful. He is prompt fast and efficient. He is great at customer service, genuinely cares about his customer and is not bothered when cars pull into the driveway for service.

Went in today with an appointment (glad I did). I have never been to the Toyota service center before. I was greeted quickly and Louis Garofalo came out and helped me understand what they were going to do and how long it was going to be. My Toyota Carolla was taken care of promptly, it didn't feel like I even waited that long. Now no more lights are on in my car! and everything was free thanks to my Classic Prepaid Maintenance plan! I Will be returning for my next check up again to see Mr. Garofalo!
Louis Garofalo was very professional, timely, and communication was great. He even offered me a ride to and from work. Very convenient in my busy schedule at work. Looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Toyota and to be specific, Toyota of El Cajon.
Great experience as usual. Louis Garofalo gets 2 thumbs up for is honest work. I've been coming to you guys for 6 or 7 oil changes and the service I received this time topped them all. Seems to get a little better each and every time! Don't see how this last visit can be topped tho. Louis is thorough & to the point. My wait time was supposed to be at least an hour n a half to to hours; I received a call for pick up within the hour. Great, fast experience with James Garofalo today. It was super busy but he was calm and friendly. I've always had good customer service from all their service reps.
