Louis muy buen servicio y atención y a tiempo gracias
I came in today for the first service on my new Sienna. When I got the call that it was ready, I mentioned that I had forgotten to ask about one of my floor mats. It had come up and was difficult to put black into place. Louis Garafolo said that sending my car back to the service department could take several hours and that he would take a look at it when I arrived. True to his word, Louis took the time to fix the mat and saved me from having to explain to my wife why I didn't get it fixed. Thanks for the help. Good customer... read more
Louis garofalo was very impressive he was very polite,kind and very helpful he deserves a raise!!!
Took three+ hours (with an appointment) to do routine maintenance (oil change, basically) and some cosmetic repairs to the interior of my car, but the waiting area is very nice with comfortable seats and free wifi. And, the guy handling my service even threw in a few parts at no charge when I come back. So, overall, not bad.
