A SoCal friend recommended this place to me a while back to take my car. I did wind up using their services once, and I'm now endlessly paying the price. They keep sending crazier and crazier mailer spam after repeatedly being asked not to. This particular spam was inside a (I'm not kidding!) Final Notice envelope. I've reached out to Toyota Corporate (NOT the dealer) for what will likely be a non answer. My car broke down and I limped it to the dealership. It was my birthday and not on my agenda. Everyone was so kind and took care of me and the car. Thank you everyone for the beyond great help that day!

Sorry it took me so long to post but I recently came in to get an oil change without an appointment and my service rep - Louis Garofalo, was so helpful in getting me in without an eternity of a wait. He was also very professional in explaining all my paperwork. awesome!
I came to Toyota dealership of El Cajon and the staff were so nice in helping me to get the proper car that I need. They explain and facilities details so clearly and gave me suitable offer that makes me able to get the car I chose. Many thanks to all who helped me during my visit.
I absoloutely love my new car and the guy i dealt with here was Ryan..He was vey professional and he worked to get me the best deal ...the showroom was beautiful and everybody that worked there was super nice..if your looking for a new car go here..toyota is the way to go.. ..i cant say enough good things about Ryan..i am a first time buyer and im on a really tight budget but somehow Ryan made it happen.. i had a really good experience here and i highly recommend this place.....
