Waited 8 hrs for my car. The assistant manager called the wrong number twice even though my correct number was on file and printed on the invoice. The staff was friendlier to people who were there to purchase cars. They only offered them water, not to those waiting for their car being serviced. I was not happy and I'll be going to the Santee facility for now on. The only upside was it was a nice dealership and it had a.c.
Omed is by far the best salesperson in customer service and customer satisfaction!!! I love my new RAV4 and I owe it to Omed!!! If you're in the market for a new Toyota please ask for Omed!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
Ayer lleve el carro a las 8am y estuve esprando x el 5 horas y media.. Me moleste xq si no pregunto no te avisan q va a demorar mas tiempo... ahhh y no lo entregan lavado, bueno en otras agencias aunque le hagas cambio de aceite asi te lo entregan lavado... Muy mala experiencia y no es la 1ra en ese lugar.
