David Anderson is a awesome guy, he got me in and out with no hassle, and i didn't know that oil changes are cheaper there then the oil places. And said if i ever need anything dont hesitate to call
Service department is quick and efficient, free coffee and donuts, free Wi-Fi, free television with comfortable chairs; all while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Very nice.

I've purchased 5 out of 6 vehicles at Toyota Of El Cajon. My only mistake was buying one of these 6 at Poway Toyota ! So yesterday I knew where to go after my Poway mistake! Back to the best, "Toyota of El Cajon", highly recommend them for their customer service. I will be back some day 😊

Friendly people and car done when promised - might be nice to supply a free bottle of water while waiting for the hour and a half. Maybe a news station once in awhile - food channel and sports get a little old. My other car - Mazda CX-5 - while servicing I get updates - nice idea John Hines.

My husband and I have been to different dealerships in san diego looking for a mini van to accommodate our growing family. We finally found a van at toyota of El Cajon that we really liked and Ryan Darby our sales guy was friendly and helpful. We didn't feel pressured to buy and he took his time to explain our options. This was our first time buying at a dealership and we had a good experience. Even Tan who helped us with the financial process was exceptionally helpful as well.
