They have great customer service. I went there to get a toyota on lease agreement. I was looking at some kinds, Emmanuel helped me to get the best deal. He was really patient, explained everything, answered every question we had. He and his manager worked with us to even give us a better deal on the best deal. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to buy or lease a Toyota. Emmanuel is awsome and has great skills and great customer service.

The staff at toyota of el cajon where very nice and they helped me with all of my concerns! I ended up leaving with a brand new truck........And I LOVE IT! I recomend you go there if your looking to buy a new car or truck
Best experience I've had at this dealership thus far thanks to Louis G. I was surprised how fast the service was (1 hour) for a busy Saturday (estimated 3 hour). Awesome job all around.

They estimate your work, they charge a lot for service. But not good seeing your car parked and they do like half hour service but charge your for 1.5- 2 hours. Its not cheap so they should charge for the exact time they provide service.
