Incredibly rude over the phone.
Did a whole new roof for previous owner 3 years ago. I purchased the house 2 years ago. Roof leaks around the leadwork to dormer. When called to come back as it's in guarantee. Wife was spoken to like trash whilst he huffed and puffed around. We were told we are lucky he's doing it as the guarantee is non transferable. Which is rubbish. 'Fixed' with silicone and is now leaking again. Even if I tried I don't think he would come back so I'm going elsewhere.
Chris and his team were brilliant, my ridge tile was hanging off in the gales and would have hit my conservatory roof and caused alot of damage, they were at my house within the hour in the gales and repaired it, I cannot thank them enough, if you ever need roof repairs I would highly recommend this company. Thankyou again.
Really prompt assessment and quote. Gave honest opinions and options re how to fix our leak. Came round and fixed it the very next day. Would recommend.
Chris and his team responded quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Even called back after it rained again to ensure the repair was doing it’s job. I was happy to report that it was. Our loft is now lovely and dry. Thanks Chris.
