Verified Renter My agent Jasmine was so sweet and she follows up and cares about her resident shes amazing and I love my apartment complex. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance response is right away and they are on top of it. There are a few annoying college kids but mostly working individuals.I just renewed my lease and I don't regret staying here one bit.

Verified Renter Moderately okay for pricing, maintenance people are nice so are the people in the front office, neighbors aren’t loud, and it’s a quiet place to live. However it could use some updating in the units, everything has been given a landlord special with globs of paint covering almost everything and old ugly sinks and counter tops

Verified Renter So far I’ve been here a year and the experience has been good. I haven’t had any major issues with neighbors like at my last place- and I know the amenities are better than my previous apartment, even if I never have time to take advantage of them due to work. I still enjoy the atmosphere and feel safe.

Verified Renter The rest of my experience here was okay, but when I moved in, they said the baths would be resurfaced because they do that after every move out and they weren’t. We had to go ahead and move our stuff in and then people came to do basically the shortcut version of resurfacing. It smelled horribly of chemicals for 2 weeks and my bath never stopped peeling.
