Don’t live here Upon moving here the filters for the ducts looked like they were never cleaned, maintenance is very unreliable (I was unable to use my dryer for months because they wouldn’t fix it, bugs are everywhere, and much more. Over all this place has been sketchy with everything including increasing my rent out of nowhere.

DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL Do you like living with mold? Do you like having bugs crawling around your apartment? If yes you will love this place! The property manager does NOT care about the residents. They do not come to clean apartments between leases and will lie about it. They paint over old tubs and leave you in units with no working ac or heat for months! And after all that they do not care about anything other than rent being paid. Apartments started flooding and they did not care about our stuff getting damaged at all!

Do NOT stay here!!!! This place has mold and they don’t do anything about it. Save your money and find a better and LIVABLE place. Is it going to take someone to get really sick or die from this mold in order for them to do something???? I wish i could give zero stars.

BLACK MOLD!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! We’ve been dealing with black mold in our closet for a little over two weeks. We were told my maintenance that someone would be out to “look at” it “fix” it and “remediate” every single day of those two weeks. It got to the point where we had my mom come into town and stay at the apartment all day just so we could see if they even came out. Dumpster Fire I lived here for over a year, at first it was great, quiet place, right around a lot of stuff, but when issues arose (which they did) some of the staff was helpful, others, not so much. The place has security issues, bugs infest my building (can't speak on the rest) the property is just awful. The Property Manager, Brad, had my car towed off the lot while i was living there claiming my tags had expired. Would've recieved 5 stars but..... Every time I come home my house smells like weed. Now I do not smoke and no one in my residence does either, but when your whole house smells like mid-grade weed then there is an issue. I have notified the office numerous of times but it only seems like they dont care as long as the rent is paid. Other than that this is a great place to stay I just hope that they do a better job with matters like this.
Quiet clean great place to live I have been here for about 6 months or so and love how Quiet this community is. The property is clean and the staff is helpful. The location you cant beat you are 5 or 10 minutes from everywhere.
Great place Would definitely recommend Apartments are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and respectful haven't had any problems. Neighbors are great as well! Only bad thing are the speed bumps every 2 feet!
Started out AMAZING When i first applied the staff was GREAT. Everyone was helpful, the leasing agent stayed in contact with me from beginning to end. Even after i moved in she always responded to my emails within a timely manner. Now my apartment is nice, not the best, but i stay there because it is in a very covenient location.
