Verified Renter I think the property is great for short term, I don’t enjoy the new change of management though. There’s a new policy about limiting pest control and the amenities are rarely kept up.

Verified Renter Always felt safe living here and it’s very quiet! I have great neighbors and the service is great! I would recommend it to others. It is a quiet location despite being in the heart of the hustle and bustle.

Verified Renter Pretty decent spot. Right next to KSU. I wish the potholes were filled though lol They also have a new management in place. My ac unit kept breaking down but they replaced it completely within a week!
