Verified Renter Any time I hv had to run to the front office for help w/ something, the girls are always friendly and accommodating! They make whatever I feel as “major”, is fixable. The maintenance staff is the best you can find anywhere. Very friendly as well.

Verified Renter Decent staff, appliances are hideous. Didnt realize I stepped into the early 80’s with these but apparently even with the peeling stove and rusted fridge they still function so they wont be replaced. Convenient to hwy, KSU, restaurants, shopping. Pretty quiet.

Verified Renter Area is quiet and close to many restaurants,. Staff were friendly though my apartment did have an undesirable odor and maintenance doesn’t do the greatest work. The amenities are clean and well kept.
