Verified Renter Been here 5 months and so far everything has been great! The few minor maintenance issues I've had were handled promptly. The grounds are always well kept. They just repaved and restriped all the parking lots. The trash dump is always well maintained. After living in some pretty sketchy apartments, I feel I really lucked out moving here.

Verified Renter My move in experience was very smooth. My apartment was nearly spotless at move in. Shawna went above and beyond for me at every step of the way. She is a model leasing specialist- thank you Shawna! The grounds are clean, there are designated household trash, bulk trash, and recycling areas. Lots of pet waste bag stations. I’ve had about 5-6 maintenance requests- nothing very major. Maintenance has them completed within 1-2 business days of submitting- thank you (Kevin?) for working so quickly on my concerns.

Verified Renter The area is a quiet, safe and friendly environment. The amenities are pretty good though I wish there was a bike storage area for residents, as the area is cycling accessible. The workout room is pretty good and the pool is nice and clean. The garbage area is frequently cleaned and not overflowing. Wish the did a better job with more maintenance in keeping corridors and stairways bug, cobweb, and leaf free. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and reply quickly to maintenance orders.
