Verified Renter It’s very nice! Maintenance is very responsive. 1 star off because of the bugs. Other wise, it is a wonderful living community. I think they should put gates though to make it more safe.

Verified Renter my experience hasn’t been excellent but i would say good. the neighborhood is kept clean, with the exception of the overflowing trash at times. it’s an eye sore because it’s right in the front. the amenities are good. the office staff is cool, and maintenance is good also. my only issue would be that the noise complaints are just excessive warnings with no consequences so of course the noise makers don’t care. kind of annoying for the tenant who is being effected by the noise but i digress. other than that, p... read more
