Verified Renter EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I went to the leasing office when it first opened to discuss an issue with the mailbox. I wasn’t even let into the door as if I was not worthy to enter the leasing office that I’m sure my rent pays for. I was dealt with at the door like I was delivering a pizza. The issue was not resolved and I walked away. There was no name tag on the staff member so I can not file a formal complaint.

Verified Renter Let me start with the positive. The environment is quiet and the neighborhood is well-kept. however, the apartment was not as advertised. I had no time to go see this apartment so I rolled the dice and went by the photos and what was advertised on the website. My first great mistake. If an apartment missing certain appliances or certain rooms are unlit, I think this is something that should be mentioned.
