Verified Renter Townpark crossing apartments is a nice, quiet, and well maintained complex centrally located in kennesaw. The complex is convenient to interstates, KSU, Towncenter Mall and so much more shopping and dining.
Verified Renter I'm new here and I absolutely love it! The community is clean and quiet. I work at night and I feel really safe going out. The ladies in the office are nice and when I pass by the maintenance men they wave, I really like that. It truly feels like home. Oh, and my apartment is sooo nice and spacious for a one bedroom.

Verified Renter Pretty chill. The entryway could use a power wash tho. Also very close to KSU so you can use the bus or take a bike to campus. It's also down the road from a few restaurants so you can walk.

Verified Renter The staff is great ! I love the master bedroom. I’m not a fan of the water pressure in the bathroom. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I enjoy how quiet the community is and how I awaits have a parking space.

Verified Renter It is a great feeling to arrive home seeing how pretty the community looks. As for the landscaping - always have beautiful flowers planted, grass is kept mowed with the usual placing of new pine straw when needed. The parking lot is always maintained to be kept cleaned with the lawn service along with seeing each morning one of the staff members riding around picking up any trash. It is nice to live in a nice, clean atmosphere.
