Verified Renter Staff is friendly, rent is reasonable, and neighborhood is nice. Have had a couple strange interactions with neighbors. Apartment is nice but wish they’d renovate all units (which I’m sure is something they’re working on). I feel safe and comfortable where I’m at though and starting year 3 of being here.

Verified Renter so far pretty nice! sometimes there are weird noises coming from upstairs and a lot of yelling , especially when someone gets up at night and turns on the light, is downstairs can hear basically everything

Verified Renter We have been pleased with our experiences thus far. The community is quiet and there are always fun activities sponsored by the property. The pool is very inviting and I can't wait for it to heat up!
Verified Renter Maintenance handles work orders quickly. Complex is very clean. If the trash at the compactor builds up (probably around move in/ move out days), it is quickly resolved. I have had one package stolen around the holidays, but other than that I haven’t had any issues with safety or security.
Verified Renter So far living here has been great. I have to give a big shout out to maintenance. My orders usually get resolved within 1 business day. There was an order that even got resolved same day! Absolutely amazing!
