Great starter apartments My wife and I have been here since May and it’s our first apartment. So far everything has gone pretty well, the on site laundry hasn’t worked for us but we ended up getting our own machines as wedding gifts. The gym and pool are great, the apartment looked clean and well maintained when we moved in and parking is never a problem. Fairly quiet except for some KSU game nights.

Verified Renter I normally give a rating of 5 stars since all the years I have been here. Now since they installed a new ac unit for upstairs tenant, the vent is located inside of bedroom wall, I have not had a good nights sleep. When the unit kicks on, the noise is so loud making noises which this noise can be heard in the bathroom and kitchen. I have tried several times to talk to the office of solutions, but nothing has been solved. Very disappointed they do not seem to care. I know they would not be happy in my situation

Amazing place to Chose to live in me and my boyfriend both moved into townpark crossing apartment homes in October and this is my honest opinion! Management is very welcoming and friendly! i didn’t expect that due to the fact that most apartment homes are just there to sell to you and that’s it, but not townpark crossing. they are actually considerate and try to accommodate to you. one thing i really enjoy is that they also try to connect with the community. Townpark Crossings I am a current resident and absolutely love this community. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They include a lot of activities to help the residents get familiar with every one. The amenities are very well maintained.

Nice, Comfortable, Inviting Great place to live! Leasing office keeps residents engaged in various activities throughout the year. They are also making provisions to the common area to be more appealing to residents as well. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion. It is a fairly quiet environment.

Love it here! Been here a year and it’s been great so far. It’s quiet and cozy. Maintance is fast and efficient. The pool area is my favorite place to be in the summer time with the new lounge chairs, etc. most positive apartment experience on my 6 years of renting.
