Verified Renter I’ve lived here for over 5 years now and it just keeps declining. My apartment now was so poorly remodeled. I’ve had many issues with mold. Things are always breaking/ or just not living conditions to begin with and when fixed, it’s a poorly done job. The community itself is ok. I feel safe and don’t have bothersome neighbors. I lived in another nearby complex for many years, but this complex is by far superior, and I would never go back. It's quiet and wooded and feels quite secluded for being off of a main road. You can't beat the location - walkable to KSU's campus and lots of restaurants, and just a minute or so's drive away from 75 and 575. Verified Renter My experience has been great. Ms. Sveva was kind and on top her her game the entire process. If she said she was going to do something, she did. I can not express how grateful I am to the entire staff who always greeted me with a smile and good spirit. I put in a request to have sink looked at and they came very next day. The gentleman who repaired was so nice and knowledgeable. I can not be more happy with the entire process. Thank you all so much for making this a memorable moment.

Do not live here I’d give 0 stars if I could. The only good of this place is the maintenance guys are very nice and quick to fix. Although, putting a request in from the office is absurd. They’ve forgotten to put my request in multiple times, so I always had to do it through the website, which never works. They never answer the phone and take days to respond to an email. Highly Recommend -Great Staff and Maintenance Team I’ve lived at town Park Crossing for close to year now and in my experiences have been outstanding. Starting with the staff, they all have excellent attitudes, especially the property managers, Rachel and Jasmin.
