By far the worst estate agent ever. Cba going into too much detail and wasting my own time on this terrible company. Just know I would never recommend this estate agent to anyone. I moved into the house and it was a vile state, they provided me with a broken cupboard and didn’t answer the emergency number, the room was covered in mould, I had multiple mould situations all throughout the year that never got sorted.
At 2pm the day before our move in, we got a call asking if we could delay our move because the flat wasn’t ready. We had already taken time off work and arranged help it was far too late to change plans. They assured us it would be sorted in time. It absolutely wasn’t. We arrived to find cleaners and contractors still working around us, the flat was visibly dirty, and the washing machine was full of mould. Absolute time wasters. I had a viewing booked for 12.15, it is now 2pm and nobody has showed up or called back despite the numerous calls to find out what is going on. Sharon was a big help trying to connect us to an agent but it seems impossible to talk to one. We have travelled from London to Manchester to view the property, and it seems they do not care one bit. So unprofessional and do not recommend.
These guys wasted my time. They'll say they managed to get a viewing for you just for them to tell you it’s been cancelled on the day of the viewing!! If you want to rent a property I would NOT recommend this place.
Would give zero stars if I could. Everything they do is last minute. They won’t prioritize your viewings!! I was on my way to one, took a day off work to be told they can’t get in the building!!! These guys are unprofessional and lazy.
