Company uncontactable despite today apparently being move in date
I had a viewing booked and called to confirm beforehand. I was told to simply wait for the agent to arrive. Unfortunately, no one ever turned up. After a lot of back and forth, I was eventually informed that the property had already been let, yet I was never notified. I was also told that I never had a viewing booked, despite having an email confirmation stating otherwise. Very disappointing management and a complete waste of time.
Recently looking for an apartment for my retired mother. I own a property worth £480k outright and own a successful business. My brother is Doctor earning £70k annually. My mother is retired and has an benefits around £25k.No ccjs, overdrafts and complete clean credit. A financially stable and reliable family. They wouldn't even take an application for a £1100 monthly rent apartment for my retired mum. Me and my brother were more than happy to sign as guarantors. Cannot recommend them.
