Still waiting for them to sort our shower after more than two months. We only have 1 bathroom in the house with a shower, so we are unable to wash ourselves. Horrible company, horrible experience.
Absolute worst company in Goole. Whenever we have issues in our property, we ring them multiple times we we keep getting promises that they will get back to us but they never do. Our shower has not been working for weeks now, being the only shower in the house, and they "can't reach the landlord". I probably won't be able to reach my bank when rent is due! Stay away from these guys!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
