If you are going to sell an animal drug to the public "Simparica" that kills our pets, at least take the time to explain the drug as well as put it in the correct packaging so we can read the warning labels and instructions. You sold me 2 pills without packaging for my dog's fleas, I had never even heard of this drug. I bring it home and my cat eats it off the counter and almost immediately starts suffering from convulsions, seizures, vomiting, a nightmare until she has to be put down. I have been with TSAH for several years now, through the lives of more than a few furbabies. I know my babies are getting the best of care with Dr. Cecil. My questions and concerns are always answered. The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond.
Dr. Cecil and staff have always been great to work with. Caring and very thorough. Always explains things to me and I appreciate that.
The vets and staff are extremely friendly and understanding. They treated my Blu and myself like family. They helped us pull through parvo! Thank you all so much!
