I used to take both of my dogs to Town Square after a few people recommended them to me. Several times when I called I had to hold on the line and then I would get disconnected and nobody would call me back. I was making excuses for them.... I’ve had to take a couple of my pets to Towne Square Animal Hospital a few times over the past month - and it was during the quarantine mess. The staff was super helpful and beyond amazing! They answered all questions, helped me come up with solutions, and treated my pets wonderfully. Everyone went above and beyond in showing they care. Truly appreciated!
very kind, experienced doctors and staff. when my beagle passed away they were compassionate and did everything that they could to make the passing easy on my dog and help me deal with my loss.

Conscientious attitude and professional service. TSAH has taken care of all my pets since I moved home and for the past 24 years they have shown nothing but the highest level of care and professionalism at all levels. My pets have been treated by every Doctor there and i would be hard pressed to pick a favorite, I think my pup has a couple of favorites in Dr. Buckner and Dr. Sims but Dr. Alvey and Dr. Cecil are every bit as capable in my eyes.
