One of the nicest apartments I've ever lived at. Residents are super friendly, office is courteous, and the property is well kept!
Your rent will go up after your first year, mine went up 35 dollars for a 1 year renewed lease
I love the view and breeze I get from the ponds! Layout of apartments are great, I can't complain! Wish there was an indoor pool and parking was easier but otherwise I am not going anywhere anytime soon!
Disputes the snow issues this year, I really do like it here. I have been here 3 years now and no complaints. I have a neighbor upstairs with a dog (I'm on second floor), and though I hear them every now and then, I certainly don't consider it noisy! It is overall very quiet here! I'm in building 1 and I have great neighbors all around. Thank you, all, for being considerate neighbors!
