RecommendedI have been living at this Apartment complex since November 2018 and really enjoy the amenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful with any needs or concerns I may have. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes to live in the middle of Appleton,Wisconsin.

They need to take care of their corridors. My corridor leaked when it rained and because the rug got soaked it was gross smelling and dirty. Even when requests were put in to clean, would get a reply back stated request done but corridor was never cleaned. Also, mail carrier didn't pick up mail left by boxes with notes on them and delivered mail to wrong boxes. way overpriced, outdated, cheap appliances, carpet should have been replaced instead of temporary die jobs. still had bleach stains when I moved in. woodwork has layers and layers of paint, noticable cracked ceiling that have been attempted to be fixed but not fixed at all. (horrible job) gym has tvs but no way to tune in with ear buds. they don't allow water and beverage in pool area. water/flooding issues in poorly landscaped front facing creating mold issues. upcharge for garage, they go against there own dog regulations.... read more
I've lived here for a little under a year and I feel so lucky! I'm in a 3rd floor one-bedroom with high ceilings, and a lovely kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a nice large bathtub are all huge pluses. Great, well maintained facilities, friendly and helpful staff, very pet friendly. I love the view of the central pond, it's so peaceful. I'll be so sad to leave at the end of the year!

I love it here. I sure wish I could stay here. Unfortunately since rent is raised every year, I simply cannot afford or justify paying the amount I will be paying for a one bedroom. I always pay my rent on time, I just dont understand why you would want a revolving door of tenants when the tenants that are here for 2/3 years are reliable and pleasant.
I really appreciate how quickly maintenance issues have been taken care of, even on a holiday/ off hours. Very thankful to live in a great community!
I am writing this review to only discuss the maintenance technicians and how quickly they respond to maintenance issues. Josh specially was more than friendly and helpful when I found water in my fridge and it seemed my fridge wasn’t working properly. He was at my apartment within minutes and explained what probably happened in detail and even said that he would stop the next day to ensure it was working properly while I was working. It has been over 30 years since I have lived in an apartment complex and was leery about it. But I have been here over a year now and it’s the best move I ever made. The staff is wonderful and big congratulations to the maintenance staff especially Nate. I have had very few maintenance issues but when I do it fixed quickly and properly!
It is the most beautiful place to call home. The staff has been so helpful in making my move go smoothly. I highly recommend them.
