A great home for pet lovers. Nothing but positive experiences in my 2 years (and counting) here! The office staff goes above and beyond to ensure happy tenants, and maintenance is always quick to respond to anything that needs to be fixed. I always feel safe here, being so close to Grand Chute PD, and have no fears about walking my dog at night. I would recommend Towne Lakes to anyone searching for their new home!
Best apartment to live in for dog lovers! You can’t take your dog for a walk without meeting another dog owner. I love that they have the pet waste stations and green space everywhere along with the dog park. The apartment is laid out very nicely. I live on the second floor and I can rarely hear my neighbors unless they’re in the stairwell. Since I live alone it was really important for me to find a community I felt safe taking my dog out by myself at night and I have always felt safe here.
I really enjoy these apartments it has friendly people, beautiful landscape, and they are always on top of any Maintenance that needs to be done. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
Has anyone else had no AC since Saturday? With as much as we pay and ridiculous annual increases (not to mention a 40% pet fee increase), I expect way better.
Currently a resident of 2.5 years, and love it! Very safe area, great location, and facilities kept up very Well. My rent was not increased when signing second lease extension. This made me feel extremely valued as a tenant; and speaks volumes about the organization and management. I would definitely recommend exploring Towne Lakes to anyone apartment hunting!
Super Fun place to live! The Management and Staff are very involved in the community. Mantience team is very quick and reliable. 10/10 recommend.

Lived here for a bit now and I'm very happy with what I currently have. The apartment is very nicely laid out and the staff is very friendly when answering any and all questions I have about things. Maintainence is very quick to respond to requests when sent, and overall I'm very happy here. The only downside I can imagine is that the proximity to the highway can perhaos disturb some people who are used to silence when they sleep.
