I love it here going on two years. The only thing I wish is if we had private entrances.
Overall a really great place to live for the price- I love that it is dog friendly and in a great area. Only complaint is the parking situation. It’s unassigned, but sometimes I have to park 3 buildings down as a resident and then I see people without resident passes park in the residents only parking area near or in front of my building. On certain days both areas around my building and the one next to me is completely full after about 8pm. It’s just kind of frustrating to plan around especially when I only have 1 car.
Excellent place, the best I have ever been at. Superb service and the apartments feel like home ;-)
moved from ohio to be closer to family and love it here would recommend this place to anyone that loves nature and animals staff has been #1 in my book thanks for being their answering all my ?'s
Love living here friendly staff nice looking apartments with plenty of room I enjoy the community events as well as being able to enjoy the pond for wildlife and fishing
I recommend Towne Lakes. Friendly staff, pretty landscaping and love the location near all the shopping. Being set back, it’s peaceful here and I like hearing the birds in the morning. I like my apartment very much and maintenance issues are taken care of quickly.
