RecommendedApartments are very clean looking and look fairly up to date. Maintenance is timely and I love that it’s pet friendly. The apartment clubhouse throws some pretty awesome shindigs with free food which is dope. Most delivery places reach the complex besides Uber Eats who can suck it. #EatStreet Other than that I don’t think the walls are too thin, I’ve never heard my neighbors talking. I’ve had upstairs neighbors with brick feet, but you can’t get away from that at any apartment building. GO TOWN LAKES!
The staff has always gone above and beyond. No matter the issue or concern they do everything they can to help. One morning my car was stuck from all the ice and in minutes three gentlemen were at my car pushing it out. Only good things to say!
Very comfy and relaxing place; the lakes are a beautiful view and chock full of wildlife at the right times. Management and crew are very responsive to questions and concerns. Even non-critical maintenance issues have been addressed within a day. They make a conscious effort to hold events that make it feel more like a community.
I can not say enough good about Towne Lake Apartments. I absolutely love my place here! I have a first floor one bedroom. The place was so clean and freshly painted when I moved in on January 30th of 2019. The sun beamed into the living room and made my future look bright again. The check in staff did an amazing job. Great staff. Super responsive if anything comes up. Even with all the snow this winter, their crew was on it - thanks Marco and everyone else who make sure we’re all able to get out to work during these crazy Wisconsin snow storms. These guys work around the clock taking care of their tenants! Highly recommend Towne Lakes!
I love living here! I live on a first floor and love being able to go out my patio and go fishing. The pond is catch and release but it’s still fun. I also love that there is a full sized washer and dryer in the apartment.
Upon moving into my new apartment, I was greeted by a few welcome items on my kitchen counter, alongside a handwritten note welcoming me. There was ceiling damaged present, which was quickly addressed and repaired. All service requests have been completed in a swift and timely manner with professional communication and courteous service.
BEST place I've ever had an apartment at! I love the floorplans, location, dog park, the scenery is amazing and very clean! :-) 😁🤗
it's Thanksgiving day and my smoke detectors started to make a very loud beeping noise. I called maintenance and they responded in less than 15 minutes! Best maintenance team ever!!! I am thankful to be living here the employees are amazing.
