Execrable services. They supposed to manage bookings in London, but they are certenly don’t know what are they doing. I’ll let here some pictures with one of their property. The property description on booking not matching reality. They don’t take any responsibility for anything.

I’ve never left a review but I’ll make an exception for this. Worst experience with this agency. I applied for a flat, was approved and after that it was practically radio silence. My initial move in date was meant to Sep 5th, then I changed it to Sep 22nd but received no updates regarding the fact the flat hasn’t even been built. They had one flat they used for the videos to sell the place and advertise. I had to keep following up as my phone calls weren’t answered and texts were so vague.
